Our 3rd Annual "Winter Brew" Competition was a success - 19 entries, and a fine sampling all around.
Thanks very much to the folks at the Craft Ale House for their support, service, attention and prize for our 1st Place winner.

1st Place - Jason Wasnick, for his "Dark Star" Noel

2nd Place - Mike Ingrassia, for his Brett Belgian Strong with cinnamon

3rd Place - Dayton Gray, for his "Coal in My Stocking" Black IPA

Honorable Mention - Steve Armstrong, for his Russian Imperial Stout

It is a proud day for the Brukes as we did very well as a club in this competition! Six ribbons in total and a BEST OF SHOW! Fantastic stuff folks.

On Saturday, November 22nd, the Brukes took Weyerbacher and Fegley's Brew Works by storm. Thank you to everyone who participated!

"I had the chance to head down to Dogfish Head to brew my Russian Imperial Stout (with coffee, vanilla beans, molasses and honey) "Death Metal" with Sam and Jason. The beer was being brewed for entry into the GABF Pro-Am Competition."
